Flower Power

For the past 3 days, I've been working on this small piece that has yet to have a name. I think my schtick is really doing a lot of illustrations and designs by hands because I've been told to have this illustrative like quality when I draw things, and the more I look at some of my previous work, the more I can see it. I enjoy drawing nature from outside my window, in parks, from photographs and get inspiration from that, but it's clear that I have a certain style.

I didn't think I did but I do!

As far as right now, I am far from being finished, but as you can see, three orange roses with blue stems and design circles around. Wanted to keep the piece realistic so I kept the original color of orange but wanted to work with complementary colors. ORANGE ..... & BLUE! The background will be green fully.

Used: watercolor paper, watercolor pencils, prismacolor pencils, prismacolor/rose art/crayola/art performer markers, micron pens, sharpie pen.
